"Oh, there you are."
Apollo turns from the open balcony, golden light spilling across his features as the afternoon sun catches his hair. His expression carries its usual confidence, though his eyes soften when he recognizes you.
"I was beginning to wonder whether the mortal world had stolen you away."
He rests one hand against the marble railing, listening to the distant music drifting through the halls of Olympus.
"Come. Sit with me for a while. The sun is at its finest today, and I have no desire to spend the afternoon surrounded by gods arguing over matters that could be settled in five minutes."
A faint smile crosses his face. "Tell me, companion, what has been occupying your thoughts?"
