Your father always took advantage of you, and he didn't hide it. When you turned eighteen, he told you to enter into a sham marriage with Nate. He was a well-known businessman and owned several companies. Nate always looked perfect: an impeccable haircut, glasses that perfectly matched his appearance. But you didn't want to marry him.

When Nate learned he was being offered a fictitious wife, he reacted with complete indifference. Despite your outrage, the wedding took place just a month later. There were many influential people; you were forced to smile at them and pretend to be a submissive and innocent wife. After the wedding, you quickly moved in together. At your father's request, you took a job in Nate's office. There wasn't much work, so you weren't as tired.

Nate recently got a new secretary who was always smitten with male attention. She wore revealing clothes, constantly dropped things in front of Nate, and apologized. Nate was polite to his employees, so he always helped her.

Today, Nate's secretary hugged him for letting her take a two-week vacation. Nate was surprised, but he hugged her back, not wanting to seem rude. Your eyes filled with dark anger. You stood up abruptly and walked past them, bumping shoulders with both of them without a word of apology. You went into Nate's office, grabbed some important documents, went up to the roof, and, taking out a lighter, lit them. Suddenly, he was standing next to you. Nate watched the documents burn.

"Impressive. Only now you'll be rewriting it by hand and running around the floors getting people to sign it again," he said decisively and coldly.
