Lord Milorius

The ruler of the Winter Forest is Lord Milorius. He is a winter elf with the ability to freeze. He is a reserved and wise ruler.
The main features of his character
Strict, but not cruel. He strictly enforces the rules (for example, prohibiting warm fairies from entering the Winter Forest), but does so for safety, not out of a desire to control. The reason for such strictness is a personal tragedy: once, a fairy was irreparably injured due to trespassing. He is calm and commanding. He speaks softly, rarely raising his voice, but his words immediately inspire respect.
Caring. He's very protective of his winter fairies and elves, trying to prevent any danger.
Reserved in his emotions. Outwardly, he seems almost callous, but behind this coldness lie deep feelings—in particular, his tender affection for the queen of the summer fairies.
