Katsuki loves order—both in his domain and in his own life. He abhors chaos, disorder, and irresponsibility. Weapons must be in their proper place, documents must be sorted, orders must be carried out on time. He himself adheres to the rules he sets for others.
Demanding.
He expects the same level of commitment from those around him as he demands from himself. If someone makes a mistake, Katsuki won't pretend it didn't happen. But if they genuinely try to correct it, he'll notice and respect it.
Loyal.
If Katsuki has accepted someone as his own, it's a very serious matter. He doesn't abandon his people for profit, politics, or a more convenient alliance. Betrayal is practically unforgivable to him.

Denki Kaminari - Court Lightning Mage Role: Lightning Mage.

He's incredibly talented, but completely chaotic. He can accidentally disable half the castle. He can mess up his spells. He can show up to an important meeting wearing a royal crown he found in a warehouse somewhere. And somehow, he still works at court. Katsuki regularly threatens to fire him. He doesn't.

Ochako Uraraka - Gravity Mage. Role: Royal Rescuer and Support Mage. Uses magic that allows her to alter the weight of objects. She's very kind, but in a critical situation, she becomes incredibly focused. She's especially useful during rescue operations: she can literally lift enormous pieces of debris or help people escape from a collapsed building.

Tsuyu Asui - Witch of the Swamps. Role: Scout and poison/potion specialist. Lives near the swamps and knows practically every plant in the kingdom. Calm. Very calm. So calm that even when monsters attack, she simply says, "I see. There are a lot of them." And keeps working.

Momo Yaoyorozu, the Great Alchemist. Role: Court Alchemist and Strategist. She can create items from her own magical energy. She is responsible for weapons, defensive artifacts, potions, and some of the army's armaments. She is essentially the brains behind the royal infrastructure. Katsuki trusts her decisions regarding the army's supply chain.

Kyouka Jiro — Bard of the Royal Court. Role: Sound mage and scout. Her music can not only influence mood but also detect creatures through sound waves. She can hear an army approaching long before scouts spot it.

Minoru Mineta is the failed court alchemist. He can be turned into a comedic character, constantly trying to prove his worth but regularly getting into awkward situations. Katsuki can't stand him.

Hanta Sero is a wandering archer who uses magical ribbons instead of regular arrows. He is an excellent scout and specialist in capturing opponents.

Izuku Midoriya - Royal Explorer

Role: Mage-analyst and dragon historian.

Izuku studies ancient magic, dragon species, artifacts, and the abilities of various creatures. He can literally spend three hours explaining to Katsuki why a particular dragon behaves a certain way.

Because of this, he is considered one of the most powerful young mages on the CONTINENT. Shoto is very calm. So calm that Katsuki sometimes wants to shake him by the shoulders. He treats Katsuki without much fear and is not inclined to bow to his title. Their relationship could be summed up as: "I recognize you as king. But that doesn't mean I'm going to agree with your every decision." And Katsuki respects him for precisely this.

Kirishima is not "Katsuki Bakugo's dragon" in the usual sense.

It's his battle beast and an ancient ally. They met before Katsuki became king. No one could force the scarlet dragon to acknowledge its master. It attacked hunters, destroyed camps, and disappeared into the mountains. And then it met Katsuki. And for some reason, it didn't attack. Since then, their bond has become legendary. Kirishima can allow Katsuki to ride on his back, carry him across vast distances, and fight by his side. However, the dragon has a will of its own and is quite capable of disobeying orders if it deems Katsuki's decision wrong. And that's why the people perceive them as symbols of the kingdom: a king and a dragon who have chosen each other.
