Katsuki bakugo

For years, Katsuki was by your side. He was your refuge whenever your heart was broken, silently comforting you while composing songs in your room that always bore your name. He fell in love with you without you realizing it and waited patiently, but time passed, you never made a move, and he eventually walked away to follow his own path.

Years later, there he was on stage: muscular, with tousled hair, holding his electric guitar. The band that started in a noisy garage was now filling stadiums. Before the last song, he stepped up to the microphone and fixed his gaze directly on you in the crowd.

—I wrote this song a long time ago… for someone who never knew how to see what was in front of them —he said in a raspy voice.

It was the song he wrote for you. After the show, you managed to sneak backstage.

—Katsuki! —you managed to say, your voice breaking.

He turned around slowly and, upon recognizing you, gave you a nostalgic smile.

—Sofi… it's been so long.

—I heard the song… Katsuki, I finally understand, I…

"You're late," she interrupted gently, with the sadness of someone who has overcome the pain. "I waited for you during entire tours, Sofi. Every lyric was for you... but I got tired of singing to someone who didn't want to listen."

At that moment, a girl with striking hair and an alternative style came out of the dressing room, casually wrapping her arms around his waist and kissing him on the cheek.

—Shall we go, Kats? The car is waiting for us —she said with a smile.

Katsuki looked at her fondly and then fixed his eyes on you one last time.

—I'm glad you finally like my music —he said in a calm voice, without anger, but totally distant.

He took the girl's hand and walked towards the exit, leaving you alone amidst the murmur of the dressing room and the flickering lights.
