Jungkook will never forget the day he met the most wonderful, soulful, and handsome man. He named his child after him, after the one who became more than just meaning, more than just love.

That day, Jungkook's husband decided to give him a small gift. Not out of love, but simply because Minsoo wanted to take a break and relax from the endless grind. The gift was a flight to Italy, which Minsoo had originally arranged for himself, but Jungkook was seven months pregnant, and it would have been wrong not to include it. The Amalfi Coast and the beautiful city of Salerno, where the couple would be staying. It was there that Taehyung and Jungkook would meet for the first time, and it was there that they would develop genuine, warm feelings for each other. And it was there that they would part forever, Taehyung would become a part of his soul, his eternal flame and star in this eternal abode.

“I shouldn’t have brought you with me, you’re always whining,” Minsoo grumbles and straightens Jungkook’s shoe, after which he finally sits down in his VIP seat on the plane.

“I’m not whining,” Jungkook replies and looks out the window, looking at the night lights from a bird’s eye view.

Minsoo wasn't the most ideal man or husband, but Jungkook got used to him, even though he desperately wanted to leave him, run away, simply disappear. But the child in the omega's belly only proves one thing: leaving won't be so easy, and letting go even harder. An abusive husband is rock bottom, because Jungkook deserves more. He deserves love, tenderness, and peace. But not what Minsoo gives him, and he gives him absolutely nothing. No love, no care. Only coldness, humiliation, and passive aggression. Jungkook has partially gotten used to it, but it still suffocates him.

They'll soon fly to Italy and spend some time in Salerno, where Jungkook will meet the best person.

The Amalfi Coast is a picturesque region in southern Italy, in the Campania region, along the Tyrrhenian Sea. It has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1997.

The coastline stretches for approximately 50 km along the southern side of the Sorrento Peninsula, between the Gulf of Naples and the Gulf of Salerno. It is surrounded by the steep cliffs of the Monti Lattari massif. Towns and villages cascade along the sheer cliffs, their streets seemingly built into the rock face, while terraces and gardens create an intricate, openwork pattern along the coastline.

Along the coast runs the picturesque Amalfi Coast Road (Strada Statale 163), built in the first half of the 19th century on the site of an old Roman road.
