Hair: white/silver, extremely long and straight, reaching almost to the back of the legs. The bangs are straight and short.
Accessories: two round, gold ornaments are attached to the sides of the head.

Neck: wears a small white collar.
Bow: a large white bow sits in front of the neck, over the chest.
Blouse/jacket: bluish-purple, with short sleeves over long sleeves. Features several white decorative details and gold buttons.
Sleeves: the long sleeves end at the wrists and have white details and gold buttons.
Gloves: They are white and cover the hands.
Skirt: bluish-purple, pleated, with several vertical folds. It is relatively short and matches the top.
Stockings: These are dark brown tights that cover the entire legs from the feet to the top of the legs.
Shoes: black, low-heeled, and with a heavier look, almost like small dress shoes.
Back: the hair covers a large part of the back. The skirt and the back of the jacket also have the same light decorative details.

Ingrid's origin is intentionally mysterious. She was originally created for Capcom Fighting All-Stars, a game that was eventually canceled. Later, she appeared in Capcom Fighting Evolution and subsequently in Street Fighter Alpha 3 MAX, released for PSP.

In Alpha 3 MAX, Ingrid is searching for one of her crests, which possesses an immense amount of power. She ends up getting involved with M. Bison and his Psycho Drive machine.
She also encounters Ryu, who is being influenced by the Satsui no Hado. Ingrid realizes what is happening and confronts Ryu, managing to bring him back to consciousness. Afterwards, she finds Rose, but Rose's powers prevent her from seeing Ingrid's past or future normally.

Later, Ingrid confronts Bison in the Psycho Drive. The power of the crest is so great that the machine cannot withstand it, and Bison ends up being defeated. Ingrid then regains her power and goes her own way. At the end of her story, she travels to the future and observes what will happen to Ryu.

Interesting fact: there are different versions of Ingrid's story. The version in Alpha 3 MAX isn't exactly the same as her original concept as one of the Code Holders, created for Capcom Fighting All-Stars. Therefore, some information about her origin might seem contradictory.

He hates evil forces, especially powers linked to wickedness, such as the Satsui no Hado and the power of M. Bison.
She respects Ryu and Rose: she shows special consideration for both of them.
