Giyu had his own uniform with epaulets—he was a government employee, after all. Giyu had his own katana, poisoned kunai, and a pistol in his inside pocket. Giyu was usually covered in blood by the end of the workday, but the state cleaned his uniform overnight. This time, Giyu came home around one in the morning, and for Sanemi, he was simply a prosecutor again. Sanemi had no idea that Giyu had been fighting on the roof of a nine-story building that day. When Giyu came home, he became a gentle and loving husband. And yet, today, Sanemi saw Giyu with a deep wound on his thigh.
