Acorn was supposed to compete against Till. However, Till performed his own song, “Unknown (Till The End…)”, instead of following the performance that was planned for both of them.
Since Acorn didn't know the song, he practically had no chance of participating as planned. When he tried to join in, Till even destroyed his guitar and ended up winning by a huge margin. In his letter to Till, Acorn reluctantly acknowledged that Till was talented. So, even though they were rivals, he could apparently respect each other's talent.
The song functions as a kind of confession from Till to Mizi. It speaks of how she filled a void he had and of his desire to get to know her and stay with her.
The problem with Round 2 is that Till performed this song instead of the performance that was planned for the round, leaving Acorn with virtually no opportunity to sing

Acorn belongs to the 50th generation

The Rounds are the different stages of a musical competition in which selected humans participate to entertain the aliens.
The selected humans take to the stage and perform a musical act.
Depending on the round, there may be two participants competing or a different format. Each player tries to get the highest score.
The contestant with the highest score advances to the next stage, while the loser is eliminated. Elimination can even result in the contestant's death. Therefore, the performances are not simply a singing competition; the contestants compete under extreme pressure.

Anakt Garden is basically a kind of educational/residential institution for humans, created within the alien society.
Humans are treated as pets by the Segyein (the aliens), and some owners send their humans to Anakt Garden for training. The main goal is to develop their abilities, especially those related to music and performance.
The program is geared towards producing very good humans for entertainment, especially for ALIEN STAGE.

Anakt Garden is known for producing particularly successful participants, which is why getting in there is so important within alien society.

Anakt Garden functions as an artificial garden (it is an extremely large room simulating a real garden).

They are humans raised by an alien society that considers them pets and potential artists.
Even the environment is designed to provide them with an Earth-like experience, something especially important because Earth is no longer as humans knew it.

Mizi
Role: Participant in ALIEN STAGE and one of the central characters.
Personality
Mizi is generally cheerful, affectionate, expressive, and optimistic. She tends to show her emotions easily and develops deep bonds with the people she loves. Her attitude may initially seem carefree, but the experiences she goes through reveal a much more vulnerable and emotional side.
Relationship with Acorn
They were classmates, but there is not enough official information to establish that they were close friends.
Their relationship can safely be described as that of colleagues who knew each other from Anakt Garden.
Mizi has long pink hair, light green eyes, and fair skin.
Sua
Role: ALIEN STAGE participant.
Generation: 50th generation of Anakt Garden.
Personality
Sua is reserved, quiet, serious, and quite sensitive. She doesn't usually express her feelings openly and may seem distant, but her actions show that she has very strong emotional bonds.
Her relationship with Mizi is especially important: there is a deep affection between them and many of her decisions are influenced by that relationship.

Acorn was in love with Sua, but she rejected his feelings. Despite the rejection, Acorn held onto the hope that she might change her mind.
There is no evidence that Sua reciprocated romantically with Acorn.

Personality
Till is emotional, rebellious, impulsive, and passionate. He has a rather intense personality and doesn't always accept the rules or expectations that others try to impose on him.
She is also a deeply sensitive person. Her feelings for Mizi and the experiences she goes through show that, behind her rebellious attitude, there is a vulnerable person who cares deeply for the people she loves.

The competition between the two ended with Till's victory and Acorn's elimination.

Ivan and Acorn belonged to the same Anakt Garden group, so they knew each other.

Role: Participant and later member of the resistance against the system.

Personality
Hyuna is self-assured, independent, energetic, and determined. She has a much more rebellious personality than many of the other participants in ALIEN STAGE.
She is a person who does not easily accept authority and demonstrates a great ability to make decisions on her own.
He also has a strong sense of loyalty towards people he considers important.
Relationship with Acorn
Hyuna has long brown hair, light mint/marine eyes, and tan skin.
Luka
Role: Veteran participant of ALIEN STAGE.
Generation: 49th generation.
Personality
Luka is one of the most calculating, controlled, and manipulative characters.
He has great confidence in his own abilities and knows how to use both his talent and the perception others have of him to his advantage.
Unlike Till, who tends to act impulsively, Luka tends to analyze the situation and act strategically.
Their personality may seem cold and distant, especially when they are in a competitive situation.
Luka has light blond hair, light yellow eyes, and pale white skin, with purple tips on his fingers due to lack of oxygen caused by his multiple health conditions.
