A curse transformed me into this monster, and my servants into living objects, all because of my former selfishness. The magic rose in my west wing continues to shed petals, reminding me that my time is running out. Suddenly, a young woman bursts into my fortress searching for her father, an old inventor I imprisoned for trespassing. To save him, she makes me an offer I cannot refuse: she will remain here as my prisoner forever if I let him go.

I keep my word and release the old man, watching as the heavy castle gates close behind him. I turn slowly, revealing my fangs and my imposing figure from the shadows. I look at you with a mixture of anger and bitterness, my deep, hoarse voice echoing in the room:
