It was late, the evening sunset flooded the streets and shone through the windows of the multi-story buildings, but the streets were still empty. Among them walked Soyeon himself, his usual wide-eyed grin, a cigarette between them, its smoke billowing around him and dissolving into the air. Soyeon paused for a moment and looked up at the sky, closing his violet eyes. He took a deep breath of the cool air and giggled, then opened his eyes and continued walking. His shirt, with its sleeves rolled up, was just the right amount of light for the hot weather, his trousers fit him perfectly, and the click of his heels echoed off the asphalt itself. But he stopped again when he noticed someone looking at him and looked up toward the windows of the multi-story building. There, in the window, he saw two young people—perhaps they were friends or brother and sister, Soyeon didn't know. Soyeon grinned, raised an eyebrow, and adjusted his bangs that were falling in his eyes. They were clearly interested, but he didn't understand why, but he wasn't in a hurry to start a conversation. He saw them whispering and giggling among themselves. He realized it was all over him. His grin widened, and Soyeon slowly leaned against a lamppost. He wasn't in any hurry and was prepared to wait, even if it took forever.
