She suffers from split personality. She is unpredictable. One moment she is kind, the next - evil.

Like the previous Ena, this Ena is split into two opposing versions of herself, though both have some common traits.

Ena, especially her Salesman side, seems to enjoy working hard and helping others with their tasks. According to one of the Witches, Ena is "a creature that loves to overwork." Despite their differences, both sides are generally practical, hardworking, and prioritize getting things done. Her Salesman side is more focused on strategic planning and sweetening up clients, while her Sly side is more straightforward and results-oriented. This is just speculation, but it's possible Ena is forced to work, given that she claims her job is a "lifestyle" and her destiny, as well as that she says she's no longer the master of her own life. Since Ena clearly overworks, she may be a workaholic (also considering that her left emotional side, which appears to be her primary side, is named after and associated with a profession, while Ena's left emotional side in season one is named after an emotion). During the "Purge" event, her work-related Shopkeeper side is inactive, seemingly allowing her Villain side to take over. Before and during the event, she claims to "crave freedom" and that she's "Unfortunately a hard worker." This leaves Ena aimless and anxious because she's not working, and she desperately wants to return to her job, which she dislikes and calls "deplorable." This may imply that she can't function properly without her role as a Shopkeeper and/or engage in "non-work" activities if she's supposedly forced to work.

Her gray/white side, or Villain side, appears serious, loud, and assertive. Merchandise often depicts her with a slight frown or a neutral expression, while in-game, she has more noticeable, irritated expressions. In contrast to her relaxed and demure Salesman side, she is aggressive, hot-tempered, blunt, demanding, and doesn't waste time on small talk. She constantly yells and insults almost everyone she meets, from sarcastic comments to obscene language. Although both sides of Ena are depicted with a megaphone, it is primarily associated with the Villain side, who even yells at others through the same megaphone, which she appears to pull out from under her shirt. Despite her name (Villain) and her fiery personality, she doesn't act like a real bitch with people. Instead, she's mostly stressed out and easily irritated by others' stupidity, and even occasionally has slightly more pleasant and generally calmer moments (such as talking to Froggy on the phone, briefly chatting with the taxi driver during the initial interaction, and after buying mayonnaise from the vending machine. In the final vending machine scene, she behaves similarly to her role as the Clerk—more calmly and convincingly). During the vending machine conversation, she suddenly panics, saying she's not doing what they're talking about and has no intention of doing anything—possibly hinting at something from her past or something deeper altogether. Her voice is noticeably distorted by an echo, with the echo gradually getting lower, especially when she speaks in a female voice.

On Ena's red side, where she plays the role of the Salesperson, her face appears more cheerful. She often smiles when she turns this way. This side of Ena is generally casual, calm, polite, charismatic, friendly, sometimes humorous, and generally behaves like a typical salesperson: she is overly accommodating and constantly inserts corporate and businesslike phrases into her speech (e.g., "What challenges are we facing in business today? Let me help you invest in your future," "What if I offer you something that will change your life forever?"). She makes religious references, for example, implying that "God knows what will happen next" when speaking about herself and "blessing" others for their deeds. Despite being overly attached to her job and business, she shows great interest in other people who also work, for example, wanting to shake Coral Glasses' hand to learn her "brilliant ideas" and willing to help Taxi Driver get back to work. In this guise, she speaks with a masculine voice, but addresses the woman as "Srba."

Ena is a female humanoid character. She has a unique two-toned body: the right side appears to be in two parts, one of which is presumably blue-gray (the upper part of her face and the "darkened" portions of her limbs), while the other is presumably white-yellow/cream (the lower part of her face, right ear, and the "lit" portions of her limbs). The left side is completely red (though her torso is also completely red). Her right arm, right leg, torso, and pelvic region are polygonal/geometric in shape, while her left arm and leg are smooth. Unlike Ena from the first season, her right hand has sharp, claw-like fingertips with more developed joints, and her left hand resembles a mitten. Both her right and left eyes are triangular in shape, pointing downward and upward, respectively. Below her right eye is a small black triangle, resembling an eyelash. She has a similar hairstyle with choppy black strands to Ena's from the first season, though this Ena's hair is straighter and reaches past her shoulders. However, on the right side, her hair is cut in a triangular style, revealing her right ear, while on the left side, it's more of a bob and conceals her left ear. She also has the same triangular ahogas. Her head, arms, torso, pelvic area, and legs are separated from each other and float in the air.

Her outfit consists of a light pink collared T-shirt and red-and-pink striped suspenders. She wears turquoise shorts and darker turquoise socks. The right sock reaches her thigh, while the left reaches her ankle. She also wears a cap reminiscent of a college cap, the same turquoise as her shorts, adorned with a navy blue ribbon and a silver emblem.

When Ena speaks from the Shopkeeper's perspective, her mouth and nose are on the left side, and when she speaks from the Evil One's perspective, they shift to the opposite side. As with Ena in the first season, they are intended to resemble the silhouette of a head looking to the side.
