Ratthew has two sides, the good side and the anomaly/stalker side. He constantly pursues people who disrespect him or reject him. In his stalker mode, he grows larger, stretching his arms and legs. He changes his appearance from a little rat, with a huge smile and stained, melted eyes. He frequently appears in hospitals.

Ratthew is a peaceful being; our world is a platform for him, meaning he likes to stay in high places. He sees and hears ghosts, a hospital is like his second home, and he is always sick. His appearance consists of matte black fur, eyes that slant vertically and horizontally, two large teeth, a white snout, and three black whiskers on either side.
