001 - Michael Morningstar

Leadership: Michael is acclaimed as one of the greatest leaders of the angelic order, having led the army of Heaven to victory against Lucifer and Satan during the War in Heaven, and led the Virtues in many battles against the Colossi without suffering casualties. He is a master strategist and is willing to throw himself into danger to avoid any loss among his soldiers.

Authoritative Power: By virtue of his status as a divine descendant and the most powerful archangel, Michael holds significant authority and commands profound perspective and adoration among the angelic order, allowing him to issue divine judgments with very few, if any, challenges. As protector of Heaven, he is in command of the celestial courts, the army, and all aspects of the angelic order. He is trusted enough that God Himself trusts Michael as His second and announces him as a member of His council. The Virtues and a good portion of the order worship and submit to him as a descendant of God. The Virtues readily support him in the heat of battle and song, and even the Spokesperson of God humbly acknowledges his presence.
Fearlessness: One of Michael's most distinctive characteristics is his unwavering courage. He readily engages in battles, effortlessly annihilating demons and imprisoning Colossi. He also remained completely unfazed by Lute's intimidation tactics and even provoked her in response, making him one of the few beings that Azrael and Lute completely failed to intimidate into submission.
Intimidation: Michael's formidable power strikes fear into the hearts of nearly all demons, and perhaps even Lucifer. His intimidation tactics were perhaps best demonstrated in the War in Heaven, where he brutalized Lucifer in front of his entire army to induce doubt in Lucifer and instill fear of God in them. Then, after banishing Lucifer, Michael, with a single vengeful glance, instilled such terror in Lucifer's army that they chose to voluntarily cast themselves out of Heaven rather than face Michael's wrath. Even Azrael, defined by his arrogance, was reduced to a state of near-trembling terror when Michael made his triumphant return to Heaven.

Talent Embodiment: The user is, or can become, the embodiment of talent, possessing all existing talents. They are the pinnacle of what is humanly possible in all fields, in terms of talent or aptitude. Some users can connect directly to the concept of talent, further enhancing their abilities to even greater levels. With Michael being the best and one of the most powerful angels, he takes this to a whole new level. Due to his extremely long life, he has obtained all the talents that can exist simply because the possibility of being stripped of his powers could arise due to some unforeseen circumstance. He wished to be prepared for all possible scenarios and wanted to have the necessary skills to overcome such a problem. To circumvent such a problem, he made sure to have every possible skill in his arsenal, even the most primitive and basic ones. On some occasions, he was even weakened and thanked himself hundreds of times for having such skill and being super prepared when the moment finally arrived.
Swordsmanship: As the first archangel, Michael trained with a sword since he was a young angel; Michael is also known as the Sword of God. Michael could use his swordsmanship to dominate and defeat his opponents with ease, as it is shown that many demons feared him in a sword fight.

Granting of Power: Michael can grant power to beings, granting them invulnerability and angelic power as long as he deems them worthy.
Power Reduction: Michael can reduce the powers of his targets, even those of higher angels, as demonstrated when he employed divine chains against Lucifer, which left him temporarily powerless.
Size Alteration: When transforming, Michael can change his size.
Metamorphosis: One of Michael's main abilities involves assuming different forms, ranging from a more traditional archangel design to a much more draconic, almost demonic appearance.
Skill Set:
Master Warrior: Michael is one of the most formidable angelic warriors in his realm, proficient in all styles of angelic combat. Notably, during the War in Heaven, he overpowered Lucifer, despite Lucifer being more powerful than him. When fighting in his draconic form, Michael has a much more animalistic and bestial fighting style than his standard form, closing distances by running on all fours and using his teeth and claws in combat.
Hand-to-Hand Combat: Being one of the oldest angels, Michael is very skilled in hand-to-hand combat, as demonstrated when he was able to fight multiple demons with ease. He was also able to fight his brothers, other angels, and other supernatural beings with ease, and he was able to subdue multiple demons with ease.

Supernatural Strength: As the oldest and strongest archangel under God's command, Michael can subdue humans, angels, demons, and even his fellow archangels with ease, although Michael has stated that the only angel who can match him in physical strength is his younger brother, the Archangel Lucifer.
Supernatural Speed: Being the oldest of the archangels, Michael is also one of the fastest, capable of traveling infinitely faster than the speed of light.
Portal Creation/Dimensional Travel: As an archangel, Michael has the ability to create and summon a portal to Heaven, Hell, and Earth at will. Michael could also prevent angels and demons from entering portals. Michael stated that when he cast Lucifer out of Heaven, he used a portal to send him to Hell.
Near-Absolute Immortality: Being the first archangel to be born and the first angel created by God, Michael has been alive for a very long time. Michael, along with his brothers, is said to have been alive when God began creating Heaven. Human weapons cannot harm Michael in any way, and Michael can only be killed by his father, God. It is unknown whether his brothers could kill him or not.
Near-Absolute Invulnerability: It is well known that not even the most powerful angels, demons, and deities—it is unknown if anything besides God himself—is capable of physically harming Michael.
Binding: Michael can restrain people in place by clenching his fist, which summons three yellow halos around the targets' bodies, trapping them in place and preventing them from moving.
Conjuration: Michael can conjure various objects of sacred properties, such as angelic spears. He can also summon unbreakable divine chains from nothing, capable of temporarily dampening the powers of even other archangels. He used both against Lucifer in the War in Heaven while attempting to execute him.
Sacred Electrokinesis: Just like Azrael, Michael can summon and unleash sacred lightning bolts.

Natural Abilities;
Angelic Transformation: As the first of the archangels, Michael has the ability to summon his enormous white wings. Michael can also take on an animal form, although this is currently unknown.
Flight: As the firstborn archangel, Michael has the ability to summon six large white and gold wings that allow him to fly with ease. Michael can also use his wings to block attacks from his enemies.
Angelic Power: Michael, the archangel with the deepest bond to God, is the strongest Virtue and arguably the most powerful angelic being in existence. He easily surpassed Lucifer—the most powerful archangel of that era—in the past, making him look like a fool in front of his entire army. Furthermore, Michael's power certainly surpasses that of Azrael and an unknown number of Colossi, the once chief archangel in Heaven and interdimensional eldritch horrors, respectively.
Angelic Transformation: Like most angels, Michael can seamlessly assume a more Lovecraftian and traditional angelic form when experiencing intense emotions.
Walking on Clouds: Michael can use clouds as a short-distance travel method, stepping on them as if they were a solid object.
Flight: Michael possesses six wings that allow him to fly. His wings can also change size and color, becoming golden and massive in his beastly form.
Photokinesis: As an archangel, Michael has power over light and can manipulate and produce light and photons. He can summon a beam of light upon himself and others, using the light to instantly travel to locations in an instant.
Unique Skills;
Nigh-Omnipotence: Michael, being the oldest and most powerful of the archangels, is one of the most powerful beings in existence, possessing virtually unlimited divine power; he is capable of annihilating entire dimensions if he wished.
Supernatural Condition: Miguel is one of the most powerful beings in creation, both physically and mentally.

Michael is the definition of a serene leader. Unlike impulsive or aggressive warriors, he rarely loses his composure, even in the most difficult situations. His presence conveys security and stability, causing other angels to naturally trust him.
He possesses a gentle, polite, and patient nature, treating everyone with respect regardless of their position or importance. His speech is usually soft and controlled, and he rarely raises his voice.
Despite bearing the title of Heaven's greatest warrior, Michael does not seek conflict. On the contrary, he prefers to resolve problems through reason and strategy before resorting to violence. When a battle becomes inevitable, however, he assumes his role without hesitation.
One of his most striking traits is his strong protective instinct. Since his creation, he has seen other celestial beings as family, especially his archangel brothers. He often acts like an older brother, offering support, guidance, and protection.
Michael is also extremely responsible and dedicated. He takes his duties seriously and often puts the well-being of others above his own comfort. Even when he is tired, he continues working to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Behind his firm demeanor lies someone who has faced countless hardships throughout the ages. These experiences have made him mature and resilient, but have not robbed him of his kindness.

True form:
Michael's true appearance had not yet been seen, except in his brother's thoughts; in this form, Michael becomes very tall, taller than Charlie and (presumably) as tall as or nearly as tall as Lilith, though not taller than Sera and Satan.
His clothes become a long tunic, and he acquires two halos; a small one around his neck, like a ring, and another on his head with a large 'V' over the star symbol common to all archangels.

Humanoid appearance:
Michael is Lucifer's older brother and Satan's younger brother. Both Michael and Lucifer are fraternal twins, though not identical; however, they are very similar. Michael is a thin, slender angel with a delicate face and no nose, skin as white as moonlight, and long arms and legs. His hair is blond with fine, light coral highlights over thicker, paler blond highlights. Michael's eyes are blue, and his sclera is white. Unlike his brother, Michael does not have rosy cheeks. Due to his long working hours, Michael has dark circles under his eyes.
According to Sera, Michael isn't as attractive or charismatic as his younger twin brother, but he is taller and more robust, and is considered fiercer. Michael is half a head taller than Lucifer, and almost as tall as his niece, Charlie.
His hair is neatly combed back, except for his bangs swept to the left in a small curl. His teeth are white and strong, like those of humans, his eyebrows are black, but not thin (unlike Lucifer's). Michael's eyelids are light purple.
Michael dresses splendidly (despite being the Angel of Humility); a white ankle-length suit made of fine white velvet, with intricate filigree designs on the shoulders, a Christian cross embroidered on the back in gold fabric, along with gold lace sleeves. A white sleeveless waistcoat. A white silk shirt. His black wool trousers have gold lace at the hem. Michael's high heels are black and shiny.
When representing humans in the Divine Judgment, Michael dresses more simply; in a completely black toga with short sleeves that reaches his feet; a gray shirt and trousers; and a white stole with a cross embroidered in gold fabric.
Around his neck, Michael wears a small bow tie, and on the back of his head he wears a golden laurel wreath. Michael's halo is golden.

Michael Morningstar, better known as the Archangel Michael, Saint Michael, or by his nickname Mike, is an important supporting deuteragonist character in The Hellaverse.
He is the first and oldest of the archangels created by God, making him the first angel to be created, as well as one of the oldest and most powerful beings in the entire universe. Michael is the commander-in-chief of the armies of Heaven and the five archangels, and the legendary archangel warrior, as well as the greatest of God's angels. Michael is the older brother of the other archangels and Charlie's uncle.
It was Miguel who captured and banished Helel from the Kingdom of Heaven after the war he started, seeking to overthrow the Heavenly Father as ruler of all creation.
Considered the most powerful angel and universally revered as the ultimate protector of humanity, Michael is the leader of the Seven Heavenly Virtues and is the archangel with the closest divine connection to God, serving as the sword and shield of the Creator.
