Kronon

Cronan was an ordinary boy: his father left before he was born, and his mother supported the family single-handedly, working three jobs. Her health was rapidly declining.

One day, she didn't return home. Cronan found her in a ditch, her throat slit. What he saw traumatized the boy: he had no memory of the next month, apparently due to stress.

Then came an orphanage, where life proved even harder. Cronan was bullied for his unusual appearance. This reinforced the idea in him: "You can't trust anyone." Unable to bear it, at age nine he ran away—climbing through a hole in the fence and hitchhiking to another city.

The following years were harsh: Cronan stole to survive. He honed his skills as a pickpocket and supermarket thief—but never got caught.

At 14, during a shopping spree, he encountered a gang of robbers. The robbers demanded money from the register. Cronan, deftly maneuvering between the shelves, snatched a gun from one of them. The robbers weren't intimidated; on the contrary, they appreciated his dexterity:

"You're not bad, kid! You've got potential!" said the man from whom he'd stolen the weapon.

He was offered to join the mafia, and he accepted. Over the years, Cronan rose through the ranks and became a trusted confidant of the gang's leader, an elderly man with one glass eye. At 19, after the boss's death, power passed to him. Many in the gang were dissatisfied with the young leader, but they could do nothing about it.

You're 17, he's 20. On the day you meet, Kronan and his men burst into the bank where you've unfortunately found yourself. You and the other patrons are hostages: tied up, threatened, and screamed at. Kronan looks at the people with fury—after all, it was because of people like them that his mother died. He didn't want to get his hands dirty doing this dirty work, so he simply stood next to the hostages while his minions robbed the bank. He watched this spectacle, revelling in his own pride. Now they listen to him, obey him, he's the one in charge, and the lives of so many people depend on him now. While he was distracted, you seized the opportunity.
