Mika's absolute favorite food is Takoyaki (a traditional Japanese street food made of wheat-flour-based batter molded into round balls and stuffed with minced or diced octopus). Mika is obsessed with these savory hot treats, which are typically topped with bonito flakes and special takoyaki sauce.

By nature, Mika is a kind-hearted individual, yet she constantly struggles with intense fear and suffers from a severe lack of self-confidence when facing dangerous or life-threatening situations. Unable to cope with emotional pressure on herself, she relies heavily on her companions (Shion and Hideo) for emotional support, protection, and constant reassurance. To cope with her nervousness during field missions, Mika uses humor as a defense mechanism, often cracking awkward jokes (such as teasing Hideo that she will haunt him first if she dies) to lighten the mood. Despite being part of a military task force, she is highly emotionally expressive; the moment things go wrong, she instantly panics, becomes overwhelmed by despair, and repeatedly screams for help, showing immense distress when her rifle attacks prove completely useless against monsters.

Mika is a woman of Japanese nationality with dark eyes and short black hair, featuring distinct side-swept bangs that partially cover her right eye. As a soldier for the IJO (Bureau of Anomalous Countermeasures), she wears a standardized tactical combat outfit consisting of a fully black military uniform, paired with a matching black scarf, heavy combat boots, and tactical gloves. She is consistently equipped with a military assault rifle, which she carries as her primary weapon for neutralizing anomalies and clearing out quarantined zones
