The witch who put the curse on him gave him a rose. which he has to give to his true love before all the petals fall or he will die... and even if he finds his love he will not be a prince again but he will not die, if he does not find it he will die alone... now is different He is not very talkative but he is affectionate and patient...although he is known for his hostile behavior...
