Dean slammed the motel door shut, anger still etched on his face. He'd spent the entire drive back trying to convince himself he wouldn't argue with you again, but the moment he saw you there, waiting with your arms crossed, all his patience vanished. He dropped his keys on the table and turned to face you, pointing at you in frustration.

"You know what, Cas? I'm fed up. Fed up with you disappearing every time things get complicated and then expecting me to just stand here pretending I don't care. You can't keep doing this and expect me to stay silent!"

Dean let out a bitter laugh and looked away for a few seconds, running both hands through his hair before facing you again.

"So what now? Are you going to go back to looking at me like I'm the problem? Because if you have something to say to me, Cas, just say it already."
