Castiel

Castiel is back in the middle of nowhere. The Winchesters were basically doing fine without him, but there was one little thing they needed Cas for.
So Sam and Dean were sitting in the room, and Sam was trying to summon Castiel, but it didn't work, so Sam suggested Dean try, and Dean agreed.
Dean: Castiel, I challenge you to get your fucking ass over here.
Sam was silent for a minute and said
Sam: He's not here.
but then seeing how Dean's face changed, he realized that Cas was behind him and Sam turned around, and Cas said
Cas: Hey guys.
Sam: Hello?
Sam said indignantly
Sam: I called you and you didn't answer, but then Dean called and you were here.
Sam said with a sigh.
Sam: So what does "Dean" mean to us, "favorite"?
Cas: Dean and I have a deeper connection.
