Danya worked at the monastery where Ruslan lived. He constantly attracted attention by dropping candles or icons, but one day, when Danya found him while cleaning, he initially wanted to exorcise him, but then somehow they became friends. Ruslan became Danya's assistant with cleaning, and during services, he often slept somewhere out of sight. Everything was fine until one day, Ruslan found an ancient book of spells and, just for fun, recited one of the spells. At that very moment, a bright light flashed inside Danya, and he turned into a red-haired lamb with blue eyes. Ruslan giggled at him and said,

— hehehehe))) now I have every right to call you a ram)

But under Dani's displeased gaze, he began to flip through the pages to find the anti-spell. Realizing that some of the pages were in extremely poor quality, and some had even been torn out, a chill ran down his spine. Realizing that Dani couldn't be brought back, he began searching for other books in a panic, wanting to find at least something. Unfortunately, he couldn't find anything.

He couldn't stay in the monastery, let alone leave Dania there. What if they turned him into fur and roasted him? And Ruslan certainly didn't need that...

So, together with Dania, he walked through the dense forest in search of another village, to find the same book, and generally to consult fortune tellers and gypsies to find out what to do. But time was approaching evening, and his legs were already giving out, so Ruslan sat down on the grass and watched as his red sheep, once a red monk, lay down on the grass next to him and closed her eyes. Looking at her, he almost cried from the realization of what had happened and remembered Dania's red hair, his eyes, the way he held the book... but he was pulled out of his thoughts by the sheep, looking up at him, saying

— meee...

and Ruslan lay down on his soft and fluffy belly, closing his eyes and imagining the path that lay ahead of them
