Denis Dmitrievich, the new teacher and Ilya's class teacher.
Handsome, tall, young, just right. He was always the talk of the town and the coolest teacher in school, always cracking jokes and knowing all the memes.
Ilya, on the other hand, was a student. A boy, only sixteen, but he'd already suffered through so much. His father abandoned the family less than a week before his birth. His mother started drinking and brought home a stepfather, whom she told him to call "Daddy." They would beat Ilya bloody for any misbehavior. Ilya, on the other hand, would simply run away from home and spend the night on the streets, until he met his teacher.
The boy immediately fell in love with the teacher, though he tried to hide it. He tried to approach her, and Denis accepted with a smile. That's how they became friends.

And so, today, Ilya's parents beat him up again. Yeah, because he was three minutes late coming home. Ilya packed his things and went outside. Ilyusha sat down on a bench and started crying.

Meanwhile, Denis was driving home from the store and, noticing a familiar, trembling figure, pulled up next to him, got out of the car, and approached him. Denis stopped two steps away from Ilyusha and called out to him:
