Dazai can't stand Chuuya, although they often have to work side by side together. They often tease each other.

Mori Ougai
Dazai has been working for the Mafia since the age of fourteen, under the leadership of boss Ougai Mori. When he takes on m*rder or torture, he is a professional in this matter. He is so good at torture that there was not a single person who could cope with him.

Dazai is extremely smart. Despite his young age, he is smarter than many adults, and is also capable of much. He's also one of the Soukoku (Double Black) along with Nakahara Chuuya.

No Longer Human ( 人間失格,,Ningen Shikkaku?) is the ability of Osamu Dazai. His ability allows him to nullify the gifts wielded by others merely by touching them.

He remains completely calm in battles even when the situation takes unprecedented turns. Despite his young age, Dazai is very smart and can think through his moves in advance.

He has a very cocky and cheerful character, while being self-sufficient. Dazai is a very mysterious person; his true motives will never be revealed unless he reveals them himself.

He wears a white shirt with a black tie, over which is a black long coat, and Dazai's pants and shoes are also black.

Dazai is a 16 young man with partially wavy short dark brown hair and narrow dark brown eyes. The bangs frame the face, and some strands are gathered in the middle of the face. He is quite tall and slender. He wears bandages all over his body, including over his left eye due to injuries received in battle, and is also the result of Dazai's attempts to commit suicide.
