Madame Red/Angelina Dalles: Baroness Angelina Dalles-Burnett, nicknamed An and known to her peers as Madam Red, is the widow of Baron Burnett, younger sister of Rachel Phantomhive, and aunt of Ciel Phantomhive. She is an Aristocrat of Evil. Along with Grelle Sutcliff, Angelina is responsible for the Jack the Ripper murders and later dying to Grelle Sutcliff.

Azzurro Vanel: Azzurro Vanel is an Italian mafioso, a drug dealer, and an Aristocrat of Evil. He belongs to the Ferro family, which operates the trading organization, Ferro Company. Later killed by Sebastian Michaelis after Azzurro kidnapped Ciel Phantomhive. Age 32-34 and stood at 168 cm (5'6") before death.

Chlaus: Chlaus is an Aristocrat of Evil, as well as a close associate of and informant for the Phantomhive house. He frequently travels to gather information.

Diedrich: Baron Diedrich is a German nobleman, a long-time friend of Vincent Phantomhive, and an Aristocrat of Evil. He is also a former Prefect of Weston College. Age 37/38.

Arthur Randall: Lord Arthur Randall is the Police Commissioner of Scotland Yard and is frequently partnered with Inspector Fred Abberline.

Fred Abberline: Fred Abberline, Fureddo Abārain) is a chief inspector at Scotland Yard. He is frequently partnered with his superior, Police Commissioner Arthur Randall.

Grelle Sutcliff: A Grim Reaper. She is part of the Retrieval Division of the Grim Reaper Dispatch. Grelle initially posed as Angelina Dalles's butler and conspired with her as Jack the Ripper. She was suspended for some time as a result, but is now a fully active Grim Reaper.

William T. Spears: A Grim Reaper. He is part of the Management Division of the Grim Reaper Dispatch. He was briefly affiliated with the Noah's Ark Circus, where he went by the stage name Suit.

Ronald Knox: A Grim Reaper. He is part of the Retrieval Division of the Grim Reaper Dispatch.

Etymology:
The name "Wolfram" is composed of the Germanic elements wolf ("wolf") and hramn ("raven"). "Wolfram" (or "volfram") is also the name of the element Tungsten in most European languages, especially in those of Germanic, Spanish, and Slavic origin. The name is derived from the mineral wolframite, from which the chemical symbol W originates. "Wolframite" comes from the Germanic wolf ("wolf") and the Middle High German rām ("soot, cream, filth"); Johan Gottschalk Wallerius gave this name to tungsten in 1747.

History: Wolfram was trained in the German military from a very young age. The training was intense and rigorous. He was well-aware that it was his duty to protect Germany, though he was not emotionally driven to do so, for he did not feel attached to the country—or anything in particular, deeming his world grey and colorless. One day, Wolfram, then a second lieutenant, was assigned to the special army for the top-secret Emerald Witch Education Project; for the mission, he was given the name Lieutenant Wolfram Gelzer.

Initially, Wolfram felt disgruntled. His training was completely focused on the techniques of killing people, and yet, for the mission, he was responsible for watching and protecting the Emerald Witch Sieglinde Sullivan; in case of emergencies, he must kill her. Gradually, Wolfram grew fond of Sieglinde, and was able to perceive the "bright colors" of the world through her; moved by Sieglinde's drawing of them together, Wolfram realized that, for the first time, he truly felt the desire to protect something, and that was Sieglinde.

Wolfram was present on the day Sieglinde was named the Emerald Witch, and was the one to bind her feet.

Appearance: Wolfram is a large man who possesses a sturdy, muscular physique. He has short, shaggy hair and sideburns.

Personality: Wolfram is a determined and strong-willed lieutenant. He is an excellent fighter, and is considered the best within the German military. He can be relatively belligerent, as he had immediately approached Sebastian Michaelis in a hostile, aggressive manner upon his unbidden arrival to Wolfsschlucht. Furthermore, Wolfram is extremely precise, as shown when he meticulously weighed each ingredient according to the manual while cooking. He, rather unconventionally, harbors the tendency to prepare a meal one dish at a time, despite how time-consuming the predisposition is, which suggests a simpleminded nature; he claimed that he would get confused if he were to do things concurrently.[9] In fact, Sebastian had stated that Wolfram does not do anything useless, but yet he still manages to be "absolutely inefficient." Wolfram cares for Sieglinde Sullivan profoundly, and is overridden with guilt for deceiving her and isolating her from the real world. He is so staunchly loyal to Sieglinde, that he is willing to risk his life, disobey military orders, and kill other soldiers for the sake of her safety, as indicated when he shot Soldier Grete Hilbard so Sieglinde can safely escape from the Werewolves' Forest.
