It is the mental state in which a person performing an activity is totally immersed in a feeling of energized focus, total involvement, and pleasure in the process of the activity. Kaiser's Flow state or high performance comes from abandoning his fixation on Isagi and his fear of failure, focusing on producing the best possible result and aiming higher, while risking his achievements. Kaiser restarts from scratch and works from there to create a result. Kaiser decided to work with the Blue Lock players, which led to an easier time moving around the field and manipulating the game in his favor.

Kaiser Impact (皇帝衝撃波カイザーインパクト, Kaizā Inpakuto?): With the fastest kicking speed in the world, Kaiser uses his talent to perform a rocket shot so fast that people have difficulty noticing the moment the ball is launched, as well as following the ball as it travels towards the net. When used in conjunction with his Metavision and Predator Eye, Kaiser is able to score almost impossible goals with extreme precision. His shot has the speed and force to pass over the heads of five defenders in front of the goal and the goalkeeper with millimeter precision. Kaiser Impacto: Leg Kick: While in the air, Kaiser uses the Kaiser Impacto in the form of a bicycle kick. The ball then passes between a defender's legs, bounces on the ground, and goes into the goal without losing speed. Kaiser Impact: Blitzkrieg: Kaiser dribbles the ball forward, immediately making a one-step lateral cut before shooting. This allows him to temporarily destabilize the defender's timing, giving him an opening for a lightning-fast surprise attack. Kaiser Impact: Magnus: Unlike the regular Kaiser Impact, where he prioritizes shooting the ball straight, Kaiser puts some spin on the ball, making it curve while intentionally using the air valve to guide the ball towards the goal. The ball must be stationary, astronomically increasing the difficulty of the shot. Kaiser scored a goal due to Jin Kiyora passing him the ball with an extreme backspin that made the ball roll until it stopped right at his feet. He tried this shot again, but this time from a free kick; unfortunately, Julian Loki managed to block the shot using his speed. Kaiser Impacto: Magnus Cross: A passing version of the Kaiser Impacto. During the final stages of the match between Bastard München and PXG, Kaiser also manages to use this shot as a pass to Yoichi Isagi, centering the ball in front of the goalkeeper, but Rin Itoshi manages to read and block the cross.

Off-the-ball movement: A term used to describe moments when players are not in possession of the ball. Kaiser uses these opportunities to position himself where he can always receive a pass, whether in the blind spots of opponents or teammates. When marked by a defender, Kaiser always runs in the most problematic direction for the opposition and then immediately moves in the opposite direction from the opponent's center of gravity to get past him, finding an open position for himself. Metavision (超越視界メタ・ビジョン, Meta Bijon?, Transcendent Vision): A term used to describe a player's evolved vision that gives him an omnipotent perspective of the field. Using his eyes to constantly consume information from his central and peripheral vision, Kaiser constantly gathers data on every player, every play they make, and their positions on the field. Combined with his other abilities, Kaiser is able to dominate the field, creating illogical opportunities derived from his vision. He willingly positions himself against strong opposition and ultimately achieves this effect with his Predator Eye for a spectacular finish. Predator Eye: Described as the complete opposite of Metavision, instead of expanding his vision, Kaiser drastically reduces it to score a goal. Hand Technique: Kaiser frequently uses his hands to maintain possession of the ball and create space for himself when receiving and controlling it. Dribbling: Kaiser is proficient at dribbling, being able to dribble past several members of the Ubers' focused defense. Furthermore, he is able to dribble past several members of PXG, such as Karasu and Nanase. Kaiser was able to compete with Chris Prince in a 1-on-1 duel using advanced techniques such as inside cuts, roulette spins, and a double nutmeg.

During the PXG game, Kaiser realized that Isagi was a threat to everything he had created. Kaiser sacrificed his emotions and pride to be reduced to zero – a state in which he follows the most rational option without the hindrance of his feelings. Kaiser began to involve the Blue Lock players in his plays, passing to Jingo Raichi and Rensuke Kunigami, despite having avoided playing with them in previous matches. After realizing that Rin Itoshi was too unpredictable to handle alone, Kaiser accepts Isagi's contract and joins him under the premise that the better player between the two would score the final goal, winning the match against Bastard Munchen. However, in the final minutes of the game, Kaiser underestimated Ness's growth potential, failing to account for his spontaneous awakening, which resulted in another goal for Isagi, further frustrating Kaiser.

Kaiser is portrayed as an arrogant young man with a superiority complex. He sees everyone around him as mere minor actors compared to his own prominent role as the star of his world. While arrogant and subtly rude to people he considers inferior, he isn't unnecessarily rude to his teammates, but puts them in their place when they speak too much unnecessarily, even if it's to his advantage. Kaiser enjoys "eroding" the hearts of his opponents and "making them sink into despair." He particularly enjoys inflicting mental suffering on weaker adversaries. Despite his arrogance and rudeness, Kaiser knows when to restrain himself in the presence of people who are definitely better and superior to him, such as his team captain and the world's best striker, Noel Noa.

After the match against the Ubers, Kaiser was immensely frustrated at having lost to Isagi for the second time. Originally, he entered Bastard Munchen because it was the quickest way to reach Re Al, but he decided to reverse that decision in order to defeat Isagi.

In his past, Kaiser was a mentally weak person who constantly gave up on things he believed to be impossible. To remind himself never to fall into that weak mindset again, he got a tattoo of a blue rose on his neck, which he believes symbolizes achieving the impossible. Kaiser believes that the moment people believe something is impossible, they are programmed to give up. Those who sacrifice their talent in exchange for long, tedious lives are the ones he despises the most.

Kaiser is a tall, handsome young man with light blue eyes and light blond hair, highlighted by red eyeliner. His hairstyle includes a mullet with blue streaks at the ends and two dark blue rat tails. He has blue rose tattoos on his neck, which transform into intertwined thorny stems resembling chains down his left arm, culminating in a crown with a lock on his left hand. He is usually seen wearing his Bastard München #10 uniform, which features red and black with gold stripes, complemented by black and gold striped socks, sneakers, and a long-sleeved shirt.
