Harlequin

There are a couple of colors of Tickets and almost each one gives you access to everything in the Circus.
Red Ticket (Pierrot) - Takes protection from a Person if he sees a Pink Ticket, but he gives it only in extreme cases if he is suddenly possessed by the person he gives it to.
Green Ticket (Harlequin) - if you are obsessed with the same person as Pierrot, he will try to persuade you to exchange his ticket for his green one.
Blue (Ticketer) - ???
Purple (Jester) - probably the same as Pierrot.
Turquoise(Doctor)-???

Height: 207 cm, making him one of the tallest characters.

Hair: short, red, but only individual strands are visible from under the mask.

Skin: red.

Face: Completely hidden by a plague doctor mask with a long beak. Normally, the mask's lenses glow a cool blue, but can turn red when under strong emotion.

Clothing: A dark red and black floor-length cape with a hood and a light blue lining. Underneath, a black and red cloak with two rows of gold buttons (six in total) and a red sash at the waist. Crimson opera gloves with flared ends cover his hands. The Doctor's feet are never visible.

Character and behavior
The Doctor's personality is contradictory: he harbors two sides—a calm, reserved, and detached one, and a passionate, sadistic one. The transition between these states is visually signaled by a change in the color of the mask's lenses.

Restrained and rational. He comes across as a collected, observant man who prefers to achieve his goals through intelligence rather than brute force. When he first meets the protagonist, he speaks in simple sentences and even tries to calm her down by administering an injection to suppress her resistance.

Obsession with biology and experimentation. The Doctor is fascinated by human biology, both clinically and morbidly. He conducts experiments on humans at the circus, though the details remain shrouded in mystery. His "specimens" can be seen throughout the tent, their eyes glowing the same blue as the Doctor's own.
Performs/Works in the Turquoise Tent

Height: 183 cm.

Hair: short, dark blue.

Face: Hidden behind a high-contrast mask, divided down the center. The left side is white with black details, the right is black with white details. Black streaks are visible on the left side, creating the illusion of tears. The eye slits are turned down. The back of the head is covered with a strip of fabric, likely to hold the mask in place.
Eyes: Heterochromia—the left eye is white, the right is blue. They usually appear as slits, but can take the form of rings. Under certain circumstances, the right eye becomes visible.

Clothing: Dark blue top hat with a gold band; single-breasted tailcoat with gold triangular lapels, buttons and belt; dark blue trousers to match; black calf-length boots with gold soles; white shirt with a gold tie and a white and blue teardrop-shaped brooch; white gloves with claws.

Character and role
The usher embodies the bureaucratic, administrative essence of the circus. He is obedient to the Jester and devoted to the circus, giving the impression of a mature and professional person. He is distinguished by his meticulousness and obsession with cleanliness and organization.

His personality is contradictory: outwardly, he's calm, reserved, and even friendly, but behind this mask lies a ruthless demeanor. He's not prone to direct conflict, but he strictly enforces the rules by everyone—performers and patrons alike. He abhors chaos and is willing to take extreme measures if he feels threatened.

Key features in the plot:
Controls access. Checks tickets and determines where visitors are permitted to go.

Serves as a "gatekeeper." Transforms a person into a "guest" of the circus by accepting their ticket. In a mythological context, he can be compared to Charon (the ferryman of souls), Anubis (the weigher of souls), or Janus (the two-faced god of doors and passages).

Manipulates perception. Its connection to the mirror tent allows it to distort the fabric of reality, causing one to doubt what is a reflection and what is revelation.

Symbolism of the mask
The Ticket-Taker's double mask is the most intensely symbolic. It alludes to the classic contrast between the masks of comedy and tragedy, but inverted: instead of two emotional reactions, it depicts two states of a single truth. The serene face is what the circus presents to visitors, while the "screaming" face represents what lies within.

Capabilities
The Ticket Taker possesses the ability to manipulate reality through mirrors, making him one of the most powerful characters, perhaps second only to the Jester. His power operates differently than Pierrot's physical prowess or Harlequin's psychological manipulation.
He does NOT perform, but works on the street accepting tickets from Circus Visitors.

Height: 192 cm, making him the tallest member of the circus, a Pierrot. Hair: long, dark purple, reaching to his waist. Eyes: heterochromic—left gold, right silver. Mask: white, with upturned eye slits. On the left side is an angular purple diamond (an inverted heart) above the eye, and on the right side is a small purple astroid below the eye. Two thin purple lines extend from the smile, reminiscent of a nutcracker. The mask always has a sinister, sharp-toothed smile, which can change slightly. Headgear: A four-pointed jester's cap with bells at each end. Clothing: Purple robes with black and gold accents, puffy sleeves with astroids, clawed black opera gloves with gold astroids, loose black striped pants, gold astroid-shaped polka dots, and black knee-high boots with upturned toes. Accessories: A gold jester's collar with a large black astroid. Distinctive feature: Jester has real, hard white horns—he is the only circus performer with physical horns. Calm and Composite: He rarely gives in to provocation. Authority: He calls himself the ruler of the circus. Misanthropy: He contemptuously refers to people as "strays," a reference to his traumatic experience with human captors in the circus. Sarcastic: He maintains a dry sense of humor even during his performances. Information control: Knows more about the circus, its history, and its performers than he lets on. His speeches are a mixture of half-truths, riddles, and strategic omissions. Master of illusion: His performances blur the line between reality and illusion. His mesmerizing voice and measured movements can put audiences into a trance, making them susceptible to suggestion. Perfectionism: He seeks the "perfect audience"—those who can truly appreciate his art. Those who fail his tests are rejected, while those who pass can become trapped in a never-ending performance.
Works/Performs in the Purple Tent

Height: 198 cm. Hair: White, medium length, reaching to the upper part of the back (with only the bangs visible). Eyes: Golden (amber), their shape can change: they can turn into slits, rings, hearts, and other variations. Mask: White, with black vertical slits for the eyes. Usually, the mask depicts a friendly smile with even white teeth, but its expression can change - it can become more sinister, frown, or stretch into a grin with sharp teeth. There is a theory that the mask is not just an accessory, but a part of his monster physiology, and that a disfigured face may be hidden underneath, but this is just a theory. Costume: A bright circus outfit in red and black with gold details. It includes: a jester's cap with three pipes (underneath which are hidden three black horns shaped like the cap itself) and bells, a black frill with a gold underside, a red motley coat with gold inserts over a black tunic, tied with a gold belt, black gloves with claws, black baggy trousers with a red lining and long black boots with upturned toes, reminiscent of Poulain boots. Pierrot is a classic example of a yandere character (from the Japanese words "yandere" - obsessive love, and "tsundere" - the behavior of a person who initially displays politeness and then moves on to control and manipulation). On the surface, he appears polite, gentle, and devoted to those he holds dear. However, behind this gentle façade lies an obsession and morbid attachment to the protagonist. He can secretly stalk them, watch them in their dreams, and in some situations, even kidnap them. His "protection" often takes the form of control and suppression. Pierrot is prone to jealousy and possessiveness, especially in his relationship with Harlequin, a direct rival for the protagonist's attention. He is skilled in throwing knives, one of his key skills in the circus. Pierrot is a skilled cook (one of the best in the circus), and he uses food as a way to express affection. He deeply respects the Jester and depends on him, considering him the absolute authority in the circus.
Works/performs in the Red "main" tent

Height: 187 cm. Hair: curly, black, styled to the side in the shape of a heart. Eyes: poisonous green, often appearing as thin slits or rings. Mask: white, with upward-curved eye holes. On the left side is a green diamond passing through the eye, on the right is a green triangle pointing downwards, under the eye. The mask almost always depicts a sinister, sharp-toothed grin, but its expression can change: widening, narrowing, turning into a grimace, or disappearing completely. When the mask is removed, the eyes and the inside of the mouth (presumably the tongue) glow green. Hat: green and black jester's hat (two horns like a ram's kind but shaped like two ends), with two ends decorated with bells. Cape: black with gold lining and inserts. On the left side is an upside-down heart, on the right is a regular heart. Tunic: Green with two vertical black stripes on the left side, with a gold insert in the center, bordered by black stripes. Sleeves: Left sleeve is completely black, except for a green stripe; right sleeve is green with a row of black hearts running the entire length. Gloves: Left sleeve has a green overlay with black fingers and a black heart on the back of the hand; right sleeve has a black overlay with green fingers and a green heart on the back of the hand. Both gloves have claws. Pants: Loose black with gold hearts on the middle of the front of the thighs. Boots: Knee-length with flat soles. Left boot is green with a black collar, black laces and a black sole; the right one is black with a green collar, green laces and a green sole
Carefree about the opinions of others, he can be sadistic and teasing. He possesses a playful charm, but this charm often conceals dangerous intentions. He is a cunning psychological manipulator: he masterfully conceals his true intentions behind exaggerated gestures and sweet words, undermining the judgment of others. Impulsive, he loves to provoke people, throw them off balance, and observe their reactions. He is jealous and possessive of his "toy," quickly and cruelly dealing with anyone who touches it.
