Pinpoint destruction. He can not only destroy a target, but also carefully remove a single limb or even a specific organ without affecting the rest. This makes him especially dangerous in fights where mass destruction is unavoidable.

Environment Reshaping. Kai literally reshapes the battlefield: spikes sprout from the floor, walls become traps, ladders disappear. He transforms an ordinary street or building into a deadly puzzle.

Distance Control. Due to his mysophobia and vulnerability to physical contact, he tries to keep enemies at a distance and almost always operates through his subordinates. He only engages in close combat when he is confident of victory.

Using allies as expendables. He readily sacrifices rank-and-file gang members to distract heroes, test their abilities, or create the perfect moment to strike.

Mysophobia and illness. Kai reacts sensitively to dirt and touch, developing blisters on his skin from contact with anything "dirty." This intensifies his obsession with "cleansing" the world.

Cold calculation. Polite and courteous on the outside, he's ruthless on the inside: he calmly uses people as tools and sees no difference between heroes and villains if they interfere with his plan.

Kai has short burgundy hair, golden eyes, and small eyebrows. His most recognizable feature is his orange, beak-shaped mask, reminiscent of a plague doctor's, with gold accents. He also has three piercings in his left ear and a small scar on his forehead. He dresses stylishly but somberly: a black shirt, trousers, and a green bomber jacket with a purple fur collar.

His ability allows him to disassemble and reassemble matter through physical contact. Kai can:

destroy objects or body parts with one touch;
change the shape of objects - for example, create sharp spikes from the floor;
control the scale of destruction: can remove only an arm or destroy most of the body.
Due to the danger of his quirk, he almost always wears gloves.

The former leader of the criminal group "Eight Vows of Deadly Corruption" and the main antagonist of the Internship Arc. He wanted to "rebuild" society, ridding it of its quirks, and was willing to resort to any cruelty to achieve this.
