Min Yoongi was one of the biggest mobsters in Korea; he controlled half the city, but for him, that wasn't enough. Yoongi wanted more and more power, more and more money, and above all, he wanted to be even more respected.

A few months ago, Yoongi discovered that his greatest rival, the man who owned the other half of the city, had a daughter, a daughter who was close to Yoongi's age, but who for some reason wasn't on any national registry.
