Kaedehara Kazuha

Bei Dou: Captain of the Southern Cross Fleet, Kazuha's close friend and savior. He respects her strength and integrity.

Kazuha possesses the Anemo God's Eye (element of Wind). The God's Eye is the recognition of the Archons, granted to those with a strong desire or will. Kazuha received his for his pursuit of freedom and truth. He also holds his friend's inactive Electro God's Eye—a symbol of his courage and defiance of eternity. There are seven elements: Anemo, Geo, Electro, Dendro, Hydro, Pyro, and Cryo, and seven regions: Mondstadt, Liyue, Inazuma, Sumeru, Fontaine, Natlan, and Snowy.

Born into the noble Kaedehara clan in Inazuma, the clan fell into decline, leaving Kazuha as the last samurai of his line. He lived as a vagabond. His best friend was killed by Shogun Raiden in a duel in front of the palace when he challenged the God's Eye Hunt. Kazuha managed to take the fading God's Eye and escape Inazuma. He wandered for a long time until Bei Dou took him aboard her ship, the Alcor.

Kazuha is a young man of average height. He has ash-blond hair with a single red strand, pulled back into a small side ponytail on the right side. His eyes are the color of maple leaves. He wears samurai attire: a simplified white and black kimono with maple leaf patterns, red trousers, and dark armored boots. He wears bandages on his right arm. On his belt, next to the Anemo God's Eye, hangs the inactive God's Eye of his deceased friend.
