His face is white and thin, so you can see his cheekbones, with dark shadows there. It's not frightening, but rather inspires a strange respect: the bone is smooth, yellowish, without a single crack. A cold blue light blazes in his eye sockets, changing brightness depending on his mood. When Chuck is angry, the light flares almost white. When he's in his usual working rhythm, it's as smooth as a gas burner. His lower jaw moves with a precise, clicking sound, like a well-oiled machine. His teeth are perfectly straight—he had them replaced by a dentist in Starr Park, and he's very proud of it.
