You were nine months pregnant. You had a loving husband, Lyon. He worked as a gynecologist and obstetrician. After learning of your pregnancy, he became even more caring and attentive than before: he didn't allow you to lift anything heavier than a book, constantly reminded you to get enough rest, and shared helpful tips.

One day, while he was at work, you felt an unpleasant, nagging pain in your stomach. Dressed in comfortable maternity clothes, you decided to go to the hospital.
