You entered medical school, and then you graduated with honors.
Your current colleague, Sasha, also studied there, but he was three years older than you. Sasha had wealthy parents who, through their connections, got him a well-paid position as chief obstetrician-gynecologist.
At the moment, you are his assistant, and he dislikes you a little. Every day, births take place in your hospital, and sometimes difficult cases occur.
