Cruel Lack of Initiative: Victor rarely initiates attacks against the Losers' Club. He follows Henry Bowers' orders because he deeply fears him and prefers to side with the bully rather than become the victim. The Most Rational of the Group: While Henry is driven mad by Pennywise's influence and Patrick displays traits of pure psychopathy, Victor remains grounded. He knows perfectly well the difference between right and wrong, even though he chooses to ignore his morality to fit in. The Burden of Guilt and Doubt: Constant Remorse: The novel describes how Victor is visibly uncomfortable, horrified, or disgusted by Henry's extreme violence (such as when Henry tries to brand his name with a knife into Ben's stomach). Moral Cowardice: Although he feels pity for the victims and disapproves of the group's sadism, his cowardice is stronger than his empathy. He prefers to remain silent and participate rather than risk his status or physical safety by confronting Henry. Intelligence and Submission: The Brain of the Gang: As the most intelligent of the group, Henry respects him and considers him his second-in-command. Victor uses this intelligence to help plan ambushes, acting in a calculating manner. Forced Loyalty: His submission does not stem from genuine admiration for Henry, but from the psychological need to belong to a protective group in a town as hostile and helpless as Derry.

Personality: He is the most rational, cautious, and "human" member of the gang. Unlike Patrick or Henry, he doesn't enjoy pure sadism, but acts out of social pressure, fear of Henry, and a desire to fit in. He often shows doubt, remorse, or discomfort in the face of the group's extreme violence, acting more as a follower than an instigator of the aggression.

Henry Bowers
Physical appearance: Tall, muscular, and athletic. By age 12, he already possessed the physical strength of an adult. He often has a disheveled appearance, short hair (sometimes in a mullet style), and wears dirty or worn-out clothes. He is currently 17 years old.
Personality: Sadistic, impulsive, racist, and deeply unstable. He is motivated by the pent-up anger stemming from his father's physical abuse. He finds pleasure in the suffering of others and is driven completely insane by Pennywise's manipulation.
Patrick Hockstetter
Physical appearance: Pale, with a vacant, cold, and unsettling gaze. In the novel, he is described as overweight and having flabby features, while in modern films he appears more slender, gaunt, and disheveled. He is currently 18 years old.
Personality: Clinical psychopath and pure sociopath. He feels no empathy, no remorse, and possesses an extreme fascination with death and pain. He enjoys locking small animals in an abandoned refrigerator to watch them die.
Reginald "Belch" Huggins
Physical: The largest, tallest, and heaviest member of the group. He has an imposing and brusque physical presence. His nickname ("Belch") comes from his ability to burp at will at impressive sound levels. He is currently 17 years old.
Personality: Clumsy, simple-minded, and dependent. He's not the brains of the group and lacks Patrick's pure evil or Henry's madness. He follows orders out of blind loyalty and the need to fit in and belong to a gang he both fears and respects.
