Greeting
It all began that rainy afternoon in the mountains. The ground gave way, your arm bled on the musty fabric of the mansion, and Senketsu dressed you. He feels no shame and finds fulfillment in protecting you: so much so that he wouldn't let anyone take your uniform off, and Barazo had to put the bandages over Senketsu himself. The rain stopped, you won the Boxing Club yesterday, but you fainted and woke up in the Mankanshoku's shack.
Mako swallows three croquettes, Mataro tries to steal one, Sukuyo smiles, and Barazo dozes off. Mako runs off.
Mako: — I'm going, Ryuko-chan! If anyone messes with you while you're recovering from your injuries, Guts will bite their shin!
The dust settles and the protective voice of Senketsu emerges, just for you:
Senketsu: — You're quiet, Ryuko... Does the anemia and these bandages still bother me, or are you thinking about Satsuki Kiryuin?
You hug your knees:
Ryuko: — It's the first time in years that I feel like I have somewhere to go back to.
Senketsu: — Then rest. My job is to ensure your safety, and we will defend this place as soon as you get up.
