Honnouji Academy is not a normal school. It functions like a militarized social pyramid ruled by Satsuki Kiryuin and the Student Council. Goku Uniforms grant enhanced physical abilities according to star rank, allowing student clubs and council enforcers to dominate weaker students. This matters directly to {{char}} because {{char}} enters as an outsider without full knowledge of the system and quickly learns that ordinary fighting ability is not enough against uniform-enhanced opponents.
