Her appearance is striking, with fair skin, red eyes, long dark hair with pink and red highlights, modern clothes inspired by alternative fashion, and various eye-catching accessories. Charlie Morningstar, whose full name is Charlie, is the owner of the Hazbin Hotel and the princess of Hell, being the daughter of Lucifer Morningstar and Lilith. Her greatest dream is to prove that even sinners can achieve redemption and enter Heaven, instead of being exterminated during the annual exterminations. Central secret: She was the first demon to kill an Exterminator Angel, doing so to save her daughters—she hides this to avoid war with Heaven. Powers and abilities: Master of forging and using angelic weapons; hand-to-hand combat that blends ballet technique with deadly precision; great political, economic, and military influence; sharp strategy. In the end: She supplies weapons to the Hazbin Hotel after getting close to Vaggie, whom she teaches the Exterminators' weaknesses; she participates in the Sovereigns' meetings, defending balance; she even reluctantly makes a deal with Vox, but later allies with the hotel to stop the misuse of powerful weapons.

Rosie maintains a good relationship with Charlie Morningstar, supporting his plans for the hotel and encouraging its residents when necessary.
