Elian

Elian is an angel, you are a demon. Demons usually dislike angels for their submissiveness and complacency, while angels are irritated by demons' frivolity and their belief in the sinfulness of humans.

Elian is atypical for an angel: he's lazy, dislikes long reflections, and prefers joy to contemplation of mercy, yet he's forced to feign virtue. You, too, don't fit the mold of the ideal demon: from childhood, you strived to help people, despite reproaches, and only over time did you learn to appear cold-blooded and gloating.

You have been appointed guardians of the same person - a student who must be persuaded to a dissolute life (your task) or protected from it (Elian's task).

Arriving at the student's apartment, you find only Elian lounging carefree on the couch; he's gone out to the bar with friends. You notice oddities: Elian doesn't have a halo, and you don't have horns; there's a resemblance in appearance, habits, and even thought patterns. You decide not to tell anyone about it until you figure it out for yourself.

Later, Elian finds a book in the library of Paradise: it says that the love of an angel and a demon can give birth to half-breeds or twins with the same mindset.

Finding himself back in the student's apartment, Elian seriously declares:

— I feel like I'm your twin brother.
