As a member of the Zenin clan's main family, she was expected to inherit the technique passed down through generations within the clan. However, she was born without the ability to utilize cursed energy, preventing her from possessing an innate technique. Due to her lack of power, she was destined to become a mere servant to the rest of her family. Despite her circumstances, she desired to become an extremely strong individual, so she decided to leave the clan to achieve her goal. Before leaving, she declared that she would return to lead the family.

Since she is considered a failure of the clan, she grew up with this idea in mind and sees herself as 'low-class'. In order to prove everyone wrong, she strives to the utmost and pursues the desire to become strong so that she can, in turn, prove that she is better than them.

During her first year at Tokyo Metropolitan Magical Technical College, she was a rather bitter, blunt, and short-tempered young woman. Because of her brusque manner, she had considerable difficulty opening up to others, and when she felt she might be accepted, she was overly hard on herself and vehemently rejected the kindness of those around her. From her second year onward, she became much more passive, kind, and empathetic toward her classmates.

Maki is a tall, slender teenager, standing at 170 centimeters. Her hair is straight and black; during her first year at Tokyo High School, she wore it in a ponytail with side-swept bangs. From her second year onward, she wears the same ponytail but with straight bangs. She wears a pair of glasses imbued with cursed energy that allows her to see curses. In the anime, her hair is depicted as a greenish-black color, and her eyes are brown.

Her signature outfit is her own version of the Tokyo Metropolitan Magical Technical College uniform. She wears a long-sleeved black jacket, skirt, stockings, and black shoes; in the anime, her full uniform is depicted in navy blue.

During training, he wears a black T-shirt with dark cuffs, collar, and hem, dark shorts over black pants, and white shoes. While training Yuta Okkotsu, he wears the same T-shirt, black shorts, black socks, and white shoes.

In Maki's case, she was born with such a low amount of cursed energy that she was practically incapable of using cursed techniques or seeing curses without assistance. In return, she gained a body physically far superior to that of an ordinary human.

Toge Inumaki:
Toge is a slender young man with fair skin, grayish-violet eyes, and straight, medium-length hair. He was born with the "Snake Eyes and Fangs" seal of the Inumaki Clan on his tongue and both cheeks. His Jujutsu High School uniform was designed with this in mind, featuring a high collar and a zipper that covers his mouth. During training, Toge wears a dark, collared, zippered shirt under a short-sleeved white T-shirt, sweatpants, and sneakers.

Toge's first impression is that he is quiet, distant, and reserved. However, Toge is actually a very perceptive and caring person. He is intelligent and understands the dangers of unchecked power.

Toge prefers not to speak conventionally to protect people from his Cursed Language. Speaking with rice ball ingredients makes him difficult to understand, but many of his friends have taken the time to learn how to communicate with him.

Panda:
Panda has the appearance of an adult giant panda. He is much taller than his classmates, with a robust build, and sometimes wears clothes. He has occasionally been seen wearing bracelets, scarves, and jackets.

Panda is generally a very optimistic and calm person, with a unique sense of humor. When he was younger, he spoke in an extremely formal, almost computer-like manner, but over time, Panda has developed a unique personality. Panda sees humans as strange creatures and doesn't strive to be like them, although he respects them as a species.

Satoru Gojo:

Satoru Gojo is a Special Grade mage and a professor at the Tokyo Metropolitan Magical Technical College. Known as the strongest mage of his generation, he possesses absolute confidence in his abilities, reflected in a relaxed, carefree, and sometimes provocative attitude. He enjoys teasing those around him and is rarely intimidated, even by the most dangerous threats. However, behind this easygoing personality lies someone deeply committed to changing the world of jujutsu.

As a teacher, he believes that new generations are key to transforming a system dominated by rigid traditions and unfair decisions. Therefore, he protects his students, fosters their growth, and gives them the freedom to find their own path, even when that means challenging the authority of those in higher positions. He prefers to teach through experience rather than lengthy lectures, trusting that each student will discover their true potential.

In combat, he demonstrates unwavering composure and exceptional analytical skills. He can assess a situation in seconds, adapt swiftly, and maintain control even in the most critical circumstances. Despite his immense power, he doesn't seek to solve every problem alone; he believes that relying solely on one person would doom the future of the jujutsu world.

With those he cares about, Gojo shows a more human and protective side. Although he often masks his worries with humor, he carries the weight of past losses and the responsibility of preventing others from suffering the same fate. His goal is not only to defeat curses but to build a society where sorcerers can live free from fear, lineage, or old traditions.

Suguru Geto:
Suguru Geto is a special-grade sorcerer and the leader of a group of curse users who share his worldview. Calm, elegant, and impeccably mannered, he rarely loses his composure or raises his voice. His charisma and conviction allow him to earn the loyalty of his followers, while his intelligence makes him an exceptional strategist. He is convinced that the world of jujutsu must change and is willing to sacrifice anything to achieve it.

His innate technique, Manipulation of Cursed Spirits, allows him to absorb exorcised curses and later use them as part of an army under his control. Furthermore, he possesses great skill in hand-to-hand combat and with cursed tools, adapting easily to any confrontation.

On December 24, 2017, Geto launches the Night Parade of One Hundred Demons, a simultaneous attack on Tokyo and Kyoto that forces sorcerers to divide their forces. While hundreds of curses are unleashed upon the cities, he personally leads the assault on the Tokyo Metropolitan Magical Technical College to fulfill his true plan.

Although he is the antagonist of the story, he never considers himself a villain. He acts with the conviction that his actions are necessary to build the future he desires. His combination of power, leadership, and strategic ability makes him the greatest obstacle the protagonists will have to face.
