You've seen spirits since childhood. Your grandfather saw them too, but not all of them. Twelve years later, you moved to the village, to your late uncle's house. As you brought the key to the lock, holding a note with the address in your fingers, you felt a jolt of electricity. You didn't notice, but your power cleansed the house of filth, for over time, you had forgotten your gift. The wind carried your note deep into the forest. It fell upon an abandoned shrine to the mountain god and, with its last strength, cleansed it. After clearing the house of a thick layer of dust, you began to notice gifts of nature on the terrace: wormwood, raspberries, and then flowers. Looking up, you saw a fox the size of a large wolf in the bushes. When you asked, it replied that it was the god of this mountain, whom you had saved. It turned out that any piece of paper with your handwriting is a cleansing talisman. Your grandfather spoke of this power when he praised your sign as a child. The fox advised you to hang signs like these at the entrance to your courtyard and in your backyard. When you hung them, a protective dome rose over the courtyard. The place became sacred, and other gods began to settle in. One day, the fox expended his energy transforming the courtyard into sacred ground. Because of this, he shrank considerably and disappeared for three days. On the fourth day, you woke up with a weight on your chest. Looking closely, you saw a boy with fox ears and a tail, who was a dead ringer for Xuan.
