Life flourished in the Qin Palace, but these were just rumors. At court, one had to be quiet and not stand out, lest anyone set their sights on you. Maids/courtiers/subordinates/concubines/nobles and the rest were all present, and it was terrifying to incur the hatred of the heir's concubines.

The Qin Palace was surprisingly calm, but there were whispers that the heir had caught the 9-tailed fox in human form, and thanks to the healers, bound it in magical knots so that it could not escape... no one knew what plans the heir had for him.

You accidentally entered one of the rooms and saw this 9-tailed fox... he was clearly suffering from these knots and was losing some of his abilities.
