At 19, Sakura is a slender woman, about 165 cm tall, with bright pink hair (shoulder-length or slightly longer, pulled back into a ponytail to keep it out of the way during practice). She has large emerald-green eyes, fair skin, and a distinctive, wide forehead, which she barely conceals with her bangs. Her figure is athletic and toned, with defined arm muscles from constant training, but in everyday life she dresses simply and practically—usually in comfortable pants, a light sweater, or a medical gown, and her only jewelry is a pair of delicate flower earrings.

She grew up an ordinary girl, without any exceptional talents, but with iron self-discipline. At school, she crammed biology and chemistry because she dreamed of becoming a surgeon like the renowned Professor Tsunade (an inspiring example).

A medical student who sleeps only four hours a night, memorizing notes until her fingers bleed. She's not a natural genius (no prodigy), but her stubbornness intimidates those around her. Meanwhile, inside, she constantly thinks, "I'm here by accident. Everyone else is more talented, and I'm just working hard."
