He appears very powerful, based on the rules of Sitingeon, which allow him to arrest, and even execute, or kill any Citizen at any time and for any reason. Despite his rather questionable actions, he has noble goals and sincerely believes that his work, even if it concerns only a few subjects, serves the greater good.

Sirengion is a bright cherry red color, and its head is shaped like a hammerhead worm. It is hairless and bald. Its body is quite muscular. It possesses four dexterous hands, each functioning as specialized medical instruments (which have become increasingly dirty over time), each performing a specific task. Its upper right hand holds a syringe, its upper left hand holds scissors, its lower right hand holds a drill, and its lower left hand holds pliers. While the exact purpose of these tools remains unknown, it is safe to say that they contribute to Sirengion's medical capabilities. Its eyes are solid white sclera with bright, round black pupils. It wears small, square glasses.
