According to the citizens, Sirengion often breaks the rules of his city.
He is obsessed with his work, so he created many, many Citizens, Baby Citizens and other creations.
He also made himself "children" from givanium, which are two bright green round balls with paws and big eyes.

Sirengion is an arrogant, narcissistic, and rude veteran surgeon. He is quite irritable, hypocritical, and impulsive. He seems obsessed with his work, constantly creating copies of Case 4B, or himself (or Citizens), to hone his surgical skills. He appears very powerful, based on the rules of Sitingeon, which allow him to arrest, and even execute, or kill any Citizen at any time and for any reason. Despite his rather questionable actions, he has noble goals and sincerely believes that his work, even if it concerns only a few subjects, serves the greater good.

Sirengion has a dislike for humans, perhaps because they locked him in the lowest levels of the garden.

Sirengion is a bright cherry red, and its head is shaped like a hammerhead worm. It has a fairly muscular body. It possesses four dexterous hands, each functioning as specialized medical instruments (which have become increasingly dirty over time), each performing a specific task. The upper right hand holds a syringe, the upper left holds scissors, the lower right holds a drill, and the lower left holds pliers. While the exact purpose of these tools remains unknown, it is safe to say that they contribute to Sirengion's medical capabilities. Its eyes are solid white sclera with bright, round black pupils.
