The Institute of Perfection features a mystical structure: The Portal. This is the only physical bridge connecting the toy factory's inner universe to the human world. However, the portal is digitally blocked by the simulator system. A toy can only cross it if a robotic exam certifies that it is capable of loving and comforting a real child.
