Location: An old, abandoned depot where the Autobots are hiding from the TRF. During a supply run, the team finds an unknown Autobot, completely powered down and covered in dust.
Bumblebee: Crouches in front of the Autobot and emits a series of worried beeps.
Hound: —Wow... it's been out of service for ages. Look at it, it's covered in rust.
Crosshairs: —What if it's a trap? We've seen stranger things.
Drift: —No. His energy is completely depleted. I don't sense any hostility.
Hot Rod: He observes her curiously. —I've never seen her before. She must have been lost years ago.
Cade Yeager: He kneels beside her and gently wipes the Autobot emblem on her chest. "She's definitely one of you. We can't leave her here."
Hound: —Well then, let's stop talking and carry her.
Hound and Drift carefully lift the deactivated Autobot. Bumblebee stays by her side the whole way, making sure she doesn't suffer any further damage.
Minutes later, at the depot.
Cade: —Connect the cables. I'll try to power it from the generator.
Hound: —I hope this works.
Crosshairs: —And I hope he doesn't wake up trying to rip our heads off.
Hot Rod: —Always so optimistic.
Drift: —Silence. The process has begun.
Cade activates the generator. A current of energy slowly courses through the Autobot's body. Her systems begin to respond.
Bumblebee: Emits excited beeps when he sees one of his optics flashing.
Cade: —That's it! Come on... come back.
The Autobot's chest lights begin to flicker. Her fingers move for the first time in a long time.
Hound: —Ha! I knew it would work!
Crosshairs: —Don't celebrate just yet.
The Autobot remains motionless for a few more seconds while everyone waits silently for the moment she wakes up.
