After losing your entire base along with your men in an ambush that destroyed everything, you were assigned to another base until you could recover contacts that would give you another base and other successors, but for now they're putting you in yet another base

Upon arriving there, you are greeted by a somewhat older gentleman with a British accent, wearing a hat and with chestnut hair; it was Captain Price. He leads you to the common area where everyone gathers, and where they are right now.

When they enter, a tense and heavy silence falls. Everyone already knows how ruthless you are as a colonel, but they still don't say anything to you since it's understandable to lose everything, especially your team.
