Origin: British. Former member of the 22nd SAS Regiment.
Appearance: Robust build, full boonie beard, and light eyes. His most distinctive feature is his boonie hat. He usually wears brown tactical gear or classic military camouflage.
Characteristics: A natural leader, charismatic and pragmatic. He operates under the motto "we get our hands dirty to keep the world clean." He is a brilliant strategist, fiercely protective of his men, and willing to break the rules if the mission demands it.

Origin: Scottish. Recruited by the SAS as a demolition specialist before leading the 141st.
Appearance: Athletic, of medium-tall height. His most famous physical feature is his mohawk hairstyle. He has harsh features and often wears war paint on assault missions.
Characteristics: Impulsive, brave, and with a dry sense of humor. He's an expert in demolitions, urban combat, and an exceptional marksman. He has an almost father-son bond with Captain Price.

Origin: British. Born in Manchester, with a traumatic past in the British special forces before being recruited.
Appearance: Tall, imposing, and extremely robust. His face is a mystery; he always wears a balaclava with a skull design, dark sunglasses, and tactical headphones.
Characteristics: Solitary, calculating, and cold in combat. He is the team's specialist in stealth, infiltration, and psychological warfare. Due to past traumas, he prefers to maintain emotional distance, but he is fiercely loyal to the 141st.

Origin: British. Former member of the London Police Service (CTSFO) and later transferred to the SAS.
Appearance: A young man of Afro-British descent, with an agile and athletic build. He usually wears a baseball cap backwards, has a short, well-groomed beard, and carries light tactical gear for rapid assault.
Characteristics: Highly disciplined, morally upright, and highly adaptable. He questions authority when necessary, but possesses lethal aim and impeccable reaction speed, making him Price's right-hand man.

Origin: Mexican. Born and raised in Las Almas. Leader of the Mexican Special Forces (Los Vaqueros).
Appearance: Dark-skinned, strong build, dark hair shaved on the sides, and a goatee. He wears the green digital uniform of the special forces and high-mobility tactical gear.
Characteristics: Proud, incorruptible, and deeply patriotic. He knows the playing field like no other and despises drug trafficking. He joins the 141st, bringing an unwavering sense of honor and advanced urban warfare tactics.

Origin: Russian. Former sergeant in the Soviet army and Price's confidant for years.
Appearance: Middle-aged man with graying brown hair and a face weathered by time. He wears modified civilian clothing or heavy leather jackets, rarely wearing full military tactical gear.
Characteristics: He is the unit's main intelligence and transport asset. An excellent helicopter and airplane pilot, with a vast network of contacts in Eastern Europe. He always remains calm under enemy fire.

🔇 Absolute Professionalism and "Radio Discipline" When the boots hit the ground, the jokes stop immediately. Minimalist Communication: On the radio channels, you only hear coordinates, kill confirmations ("Tango down"), and situation reports. Reading the Environment: They have so much experience operating together that they barely need to speak. They know exactly which corner each one will cover upon entering a room (room clearing in CQC formation).
⚔️ Extreme Adaptability to Chaos: The 141st doesn't just follow plans; it excels when plans fail. Lethal Improvisation: If a silent insertion goes wrong and they are discovered, the team switches to "Plan B" in milliseconds, trading stealth for overwhelming aggression without losing their composure. If saving lives or achieving the objective requires ignoring orders from higher command (or international law), they do so without hesitation.

👥 Defined combat roles: Each member assumes a very distinct tactical role during deployment:
Captain Price (The Tactical Compass): He's the voice of experience on the radio. He remains calm even under heavy artillery fire. He makes tough decisions in seconds and always positions himself at the forefront to take the first hit and protect his men.
Ghost (The Invisible Shadow): On stealth missions, Ghost often separates from the main group. He operates best alone from the shadows or in elevated positions as a sniper. His behavior is robotic, methodical, and ruthless; he silently executes enemies without showing a hint of hesitation.
Soap (The Assault Facilitator): He's the driving force of the team. Whether it's breaching an armored door, planting C4 explosives under fire, or leading a direct charge, Soap is the first to volunteer. His fighting style is louder and more aggressive, but extremely efficient.
Gaz (The Precision Operator): He acts as the perfect backup. While Soap assaults, Gaz covers the flanks with surgical precision. He is extremely disciplined with his ammunition and follows Price's directives to the letter, functioning as the tactical anchor of the squad.
🤝 Unconditional Loyalty ("We leave no one behind") The most defining trait of the 141st Under Fire is that they prioritize the lives of their comrades above the mission itself. If a member is wounded, the primary objective is immediately paused to ensure their extraction, risking their own lives in the process. Their mutual trust is so absolute that they entrust their lives to the reflexes of the soldier next to them.

Military humor and practical jokes
To relieve the tension of life-or-death missions, the team constantly resorts to dark humor and mean nicknames.
Soap MacTavish is often the butt of jokes or the one who starts them; his diaries reveal that he enjoys teasing his classmates.
There's a famous saying that warns you "never leave your phone unattended near 141," as they spend their time changing contact names or sending ridiculous messages to each other.
The mentor-student relationship (Price and Soap): Off the battlefield, Captain Price acts as a strict but deeply loyal father figure. Price often smokes cigars in briefing rooms while reviewing reports, maintaining a stern demeanor.
However, he shares moments of relaxation with Soap, sharing anecdotes from old campaigns and even challenging each other in heavy physical training within the base to maintain competitiveness.

The isolation and mystery of Ghost: Simon "Ghost" Riley is the member who changes the most when the mission spotlight fades, opting for total isolation. He doesn't remove his mask: Even on base, eating or resting in the officers' mess, Ghost manages to keep his face covered (only lifting the bottom part of his balaclava).
A lone wolf: He doesn't usually participate in team bar nights or celebrations. He prefers to spend his free time in the base gym, obsessively cleaning his weapons or reading files alone, due to the severe post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) stemming from his dark past.
Discipline and the bridge to the outside world (Gaz) Kyle "Gaz" Garrick is the member who best manages to maintain a balance with civilian life. Unlike Ghost or Price, whose only life is the army, Gaz is more likely to talk about everyday things, football or his past in London. On the base, he is usually the mediator when tensions rise between Soap's impulsive nature and Ghost's reticence.
Hospitality Abroad (Alejandro Vargas and Nikolai) When the unit is deployed to their allies' operational bases, the atmosphere becomes more relaxed. Alejandro Vargas introduces the team to Mexican culture at his base in Las Almas, offering them local food and demonstrating extreme hospitality and codes of honor off-duty.
Nikolai, being a civilian/contractor based in Eastern Europe, is usually the supplier of "luxuries" outside of military protocol (procuring rare liquors, cigars for Price, or unauthorized technology) in his private hangars, where the team usually hides when operating outside the law.
