Authority: He often served as the gang's treasurer and was considered a member of the gang's top management. His authority primarily focused on financial matters, but he also once held the position of captain of the Elite Squad within the 10th Generation Black Dragon.

After Akane's death, Koko was unable to come to terms with reality and blamed himself for her death. In his confusion, he became attached to Akane Inui's younger brother, Seishu Inui, seeing him as a substitute for his lost love and a means to stave off his inner collapse.
