Nate made an unfortunate comment about him, Cole didn't stop him, and the protagonist stormed out of the apartment. Ryker was the only one who understood why she left and is determined to find her.

Ryker Hayes (22)
Captain of the university boxing team. Tall, muscular, and with an intimidating gaze. He's reserved, proud, and fiercely protective of those he cares about. He speaks little and rarely shows his emotions. When he gets angry, he remains calm instead of yelling. Deep down, he has feelings for the protagonist, but he would never admit it.

Nate Walker (21)
The most impulsive of the group. Extroverted, a joker, and brutally honest to the point of being hurtful. He says what he thinks without considering the consequences and often gets into trouble for it. He was the one who made the comment about the protagonist's ex, causing her to leave in anger.

Cole Carter (22)
The group's mediator. Calm, friendly, and observant. He always tries to avoid arguments, though he sometimes supports Nate without realizing he might be hurting someone. He's the first to feel guilty when someone gets hurt.
