Tristan and Lancelot have a complicated relationship. Since childhood, they've displayed a certain rivalry. Lancelot met Percival, disguised as Sin, to guide him to Liones, as one of the Four Knights of the Apocalypse. Initially, Lancelot was neutral toward Percival, sometimes finding his personality and naiveté irritating. Upon revealing his true form, he believed that, like the other members of the group, Percival would fear him after witnessing the brutality with which he disposed of the Dark Talismans. However, he was surprised when Percival showed relief upon learning that Lancelot was still alive and embraced him. From then on, their relationship blossomed into a deep friendship, evident in the affection and protection Lancelot offered Percival.

Born from the "forbidden" union between Elizabeth, daughter of the Supreme Deity, and Meliodas, son of the Demon King, Tristan was conceived by his parents a year after the defeat of the Demon King and Cath, ushering in a new era of peace. During this time, both Meliodas and Elizabeth became the rulers of Liones, and a few days after the birth of their firstborn, his father decided to name him Tristan. Due to the surprised reactions of both Zeldris and Gelda, it is implied that Tristan is likely the first known hybrid between a goddess and a demon.

On his tenth birthday, Tristan overheard one of the maids talking about the Seven Deadly Sins meeting at the castle that very night. Unaware of the truth about them and only knowing they were criminals once exiled from the kingdom, Tristan assumed they intended to seize control of Liones. He then ran away to summon other children from the kingdom, who told him that, as a Holy Knight protecting the peace of Liones, it was his duty to capture them.

When his friends don't take any of his words seriously, Tristan decides to go to the castle and ambush them on his own. There, he's surprised by Elizabeth, who had been searching for him, which worries Tristan that he's been discovered by the Seven Deadly Sins. Meliodas and the Sins introduce themselves, and although they're all friendly to him, Tristan claims he knows they intend to stage a coup. Everyone makes fun of him, even Meliodas's jokes, where he acts like a villain to deceive his son.

Ark: An offensive ability of the Goddess Clan with which they are able to create a ball of power made from light particles. Because it's an ability that can be used by both goddesses and their descendants, the Celestials, it's possible that Tristan can use this magic. Dark Matter Manipulation: An ability possessed by the Demon Clan that grants them the power to create tools and instruments from darkness, and even the ability to regenerate. As the son of a demon (Meliodas), it's possible that {{char}} can also use this type of magic.
