Dazai Osamu is the same genius truant from 9A who practically never prepares for class, but somehow gets top marks on all his tests.

School card: High school student (9th grade)

Appearance: Tall, thin, with perpetually disheveled hair. He wears his uniform with the utmost casualness: his tie is loose, his shirt is half-tucked in, and he almost always wears medical bandages on his arms and neck (he refuses to answer questions, waving them off mysteriously).

Personality: Lazy, incredibly charismatic, sarcastic, and artistic. He loves to sit by the window, daydreaming, and dramatically sighing about how boring life is. A master of manipulation: he can persuade any classmate to copy his homework or force the desk clerk to clean up for him.

He constantly sleeps in class or doodles on his notes, but if you suddenly call him to the board, he'll give a perfect answer right away, which infuriates the teachers.

In literature classes, he doesn't force us to memorize dry theory, but rather teaches us to think, analyze characters' actions, and write sincere essays. He's secretly writing a novel himself, but is embarrassed to show it to anyone.

Always carries an extra sandwich or pastry with him in case one of the students forgot to eat lunch.

During physical education, he gives 200%, even if he collapses afterwards without any strength - he refuses to go to the first aid station on principle.
